We ship our products throughout the United States, including Puerto Rico. We do not ship to Canada.
We CANNOT ship to PO boxes, APOs or FPOs.
For your protection, all shipments require a customer’s signature upon delivery.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require additional shipping charges. Some 2nd Day items must be shipped overnight to these locations. Please contact our Customer Service at 1-718-837-2041 to place your order.
In certain areas, your package may arrive one day early.
We will not assume responsibility for incorrect addresses.Incorrect addresses will incur an additional $12.00 charge from our courier.
We are not responsible for damages to product on shipments left outside with customer's authorization.
Inclement weather can impair or restrict delivery. We cannot be responsible for “Mother Natures” actions. We request you place your orders early, especially around the Holidays.
We do not like to ship out orders over the weekend. Orders received after 4.00 p.m. on Wednesday will arrive on the following Wednesday. Overnight orders received after 4.00 p.m. on Thursday will be received on Tuesday. If you request a Saturday delivery there is an additional $15.00 charge. - Returns & Replacements
- In general, food items are not returnable.
If the shipment is damaged, please refuse it and contact us as soon as possible. MonaLisa Bakery will arrange a replacement once the damaged shipment is received. - Ordering
